Good morning everyone, its been cold the last few weeks and the temperature verrrrry low. The coldest morning this week was -6 Degrees! Brrrrrrrrrrrr! We were lucky to get some lions in the mist up in the Kij Kij area. A male and female that was mating strolled down the road and as soon as the sun was rising the mist disappeared! Mist is very rare in the kalahari and to find a cat in the mist is also something very special! Enjoy and see you soon!

Good afternoon everyone! We just arrived back in the Park and its raining cats and dogs! Luckily its not that cold, the cloud-cover heats things up a bit! After taking a few weeks off, and recharging, we are ready for some action!!  Hopefully, the last 6 months of our project will be very exciting and we will be working extremely hard! Hopefully we can find Luna and her new cubs soon!!!! We will keep you posted! We share with you today the young male at Rooiputs who was chasing slender mongoose in a little cliff-face a while ago!
